На основе научно-исследовательских работ рассмотрена технологическая линия производства сафлорового масла. В результате, в связи с недостаточно углубленным изучением и широким применением технологии производства сафлорового масла, многие проблемы остаются нерешенными. Например, для проведения первоначальной очистки была изучена технология послепрессового сафлорового масла с целью актуализации и определения его, и проба послепрессового неочищенного сафлорового масла была передана в специальную лабораторию. Для решения возникших проблем предложен эффективный способ очистки неочищенного сафлорового масла после прессования, усовершенствована фильтровально-осаждающая центрифуга.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Recently, the demand for safflower products has been growing year by year, due to the increase in acreage and the popularity of safflower oil among consumers. On the basis of research works, a technological line for the production of safflower oil is considered. As a result, due to the insufficiently in-depth study and widespread use of safflower oil production technology, many problems remain unresolved. For example, for initial purification, post-press safflower oil technology was studied to update and define it, and a sample of post-press crude safflower oil was transferred to a special laboratory.
